I spent years of my life living in survival mode, chasing the next health trend to “cure” me of the constant edginess, anxiety, and burnout I was experiencing.
And what I’ve learned the hard way is that pushing harder, overthinking, or waiting for things to calm down doesn’t fix the root issue of why you’re stressed—it only keeps you stuck (and exhausted).
But once I learned how to work with my sensitive nervous system instead of against it, everything shifted.
Now, as a board-certified health coach and HSP expert, I teach other highly sensitive women how to regulate their nervous systems so they can move from survival mode to calm, confident, and in control—no “pushing through” required.

Sensitive Intensives are short, focused interventions designed to stabilize, clarify, and set you up for success, whether you continue on your own or choose deeper support later.

If you’re looking for ongoing support, accountability and/or help with multiple layers of long-standing patterns, my Rooted & Regulated program is likely the better fit.
Intensives are focused and powerful, but they’re not a substitute for long-term nervous system work.If you’re experiencing mental health issues that are impacting your ability to function well in day-to-day life (e.g. going to work, sleeping, eating, hygiene), this is likely not a good fit. Instead, I’d recommend reaching out to a licensed mental health professional.
