I’m Grace, your sensitive health and wellness coach.

Like you, I’m a highly-sensitive person (HSP) who struggled with the catastrophe of daily living. This looked a lot like: 

  • Sleepless nights where anxiety kept me wide awake

  • Soaking up everyone else’s emotions the moment I walked into a room

  • Feeling like a weirdo for needing hours of downtime after one social situation 

  • Almost rage quitting my first job because I *hated* the open office plan

  • Having a complete menty-b over dishes in the sink or someone cutting me off in traffic

I feared that something actually was wrong with me, that this was just “who I am,” and those people who told me “you’re too sensitive” were right…

Finally, I came to understand (and later, love) my sensitivity after years of fighting it–and found my life’s passion in coaching other highly-sensitive women to feel empowered by their unique trait and live their happiest, healthiest, most peaceful lives possible.

Once I realized I was a highly-sensitive person, SO much of my life started to click, like a missing puzzle piece I hadn’t known I’d been searching for for so long. 

Learning this also came with a powerful realization: there are so many other people like me out there.

You deserve to feel like someone (finally!) gets you. To feel understood and to understand yourself.
