I’m Grace, your highly-sensitive person coach.

Everywhere I looked, I saw high-achieving, deeply feeling, intuitive, creative sensitive women burning out, overthinking everything, doubting themselves, and feeling like something was wrong with them because they couldn’t just “handle things” the way other people seemed to. 

The problem was, every solution out there only told them how to just cope with being sensitive—not how to heal these patterns at the root in their sensitive nervous systems. 

Now, I help highly-sensitive people heal from anxiety, overwhelm and fatigue with easy-to-use, impossible-to-forget tools and habits for their busy and, at times, chaotic lives.

My passion for coaching was born out of the desire to help other highly sensitive people recognize that what they struggle so much with is, in reality, their greatest gift to themselves and the world.
