I’m Grace, your Highly-Sensitive Person coach.

After years of struggling with reconciling my own sensitivity into my life (think: keep-you-up-at-night anxiety, daily overwhelm, and low confidence), I healed my relationship with my sensitivity, prioritized my peace, and found my true calling in coaching other HSPs to do the same.

In short: My passion for coaching was born out of the desire to help other highly sensitive people recognize that what they struggle so much with is, in reality, their greatest gift to themselves and the world.

I’m here to tell you, HSP: life opens up when you start to embrace your authentic, sensitive self.
