  • I designed Alive after Five with this in mind—so that it’s not another task on your to-do list, but an easy way to get relief without dedicating hours of time you don’t have. You can expect to spend <15 minutes/day on activities that actually move the needle on burnout.

  • You could. But I’d wager you’ve already tried a lot of different solutions, and even for those that gave some relief, they didn’t stick. Or they felt good in the moment, but didn’t last. The challenge is designed to help you find the exact way YOU like to play so it can work for you—because play is not one-size fits all. All so you can leave what you came here for: a jumpstart to getting out of burnout.

  • Burnout is a process that didn’t start overnight, and won’t be reversed in a few short days. But, this challenge is built on the same foundation as the deeper work I do with clients to help them out of burnout for good. So you’re not just having fun, but getting started in the real, powerful work. This challenge is designed to get you started, get some wins and relief, to build momentum before things get busy again.

  • If you’re an HSP, work a job, and feel like you’re constantly under stress, this can help you. However, if you’re currently in crisis and/or experiencing mental or physical health symptoms that are serious and life-threatening (i.e. are interfering with daily functioning), please seek out a licensed mental health professional.
