Hi, I’m Grace!

I’m a board-certified health & wellness coach who specializes in helping highly-sensitive women feel more calm, confident, and resilient in their sensitive bodies.

Since 2022, I’ve coached highly-sensitive women through anxiety, stress, and burnout using neuroscience-backed tools and a trauma-informed approach—all so they can experience more joy, peace, and connection.

I created this course because I struggled with anxiety for decades—everything from being afraid to sharpen my pencil in class to, later, crippling headaches and being snippy and high strung.

I tried just about every method under the sun: meditation, medication, talk therapy, CBD and supplements…

But I *still* felt constantly tense, edgy, irritable, and always on the verge of tears.

That was until I learned I was missing a HUGE piece of the equation:
