Hi, I’m Grace!
I’m a board-certified health & wellness coach who specializes in helping highly-sensitive women feel more calm, confident, and resilient in their sensitive bodies.
Since 2022, I’ve coached highly-sensitive women through anxiety, stress, and burnout using neuroscience-backed tools and a trauma-informed approach—all so they can experience more joy, peace, and connection.
I created this course because I struggled with anxiety for decades—everything from being afraid to sharpen my pencil in class to, later, crippling headaches and being snippy and high strung.
I tried just about every method under the sun: meditation, medication, talk therapy, CBD and supplements…
But I *still* felt constantly tense, edgy, irritable, and always on the verge of tears.
That was until I learned I was missing a HUGE piece of the equation: working with my sensitive body and nervous system.

Over the course of 7 modules, you’ll consume approximately 1 hour of content, not including additional time to fill out the workbook prompts.
I recommend spacing out the modules to 1x/week over 6-7 weeks to allow yourself time to absorb and practice the material. However, this is a self-paced course and you can choose the appropriate pace for you.

This course is designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to your to-do list.
On average, you can expect to spend about 10 minutes reviewing each lesson and 5-10 minutes/day is recommended to practice the tools.

Unlike traditional anxiety-relief methods like talk therapy, this course focuses on body-based regulation through the nervous system and its content is tailored to the unique experience of the highly-sensitive person.

While I can’t promise to erase your anxiety completely, the tools and strategies shared in this course are backed by the latest neuroscience research on nervous system regulation.
If you take time to practice consistently and are willing to try a new method that may be uncomfortable and imperfect at first, you will undoubtedly see some changes.

No, this course is not therapy and should not be used in place of professional mental health treatment.

Definitely! This work can be a great complement to traditional talk therapy, as it addresses the somatic, nervous-system piece that therapy often doesn’t.

Nope! You do not need to have previous experience with the nervous system, somatic work, or high sensitivity. Simply come with an open mind and ears.

Aside from the learning modules and workbook, this course does not provide additional support or coaching.
